Reciban todas y todos los integrantes de mí querida comunidad de #Hive, un afectuoso y cordial saludo, bienvenidos a mi post, hoy presentaré a ustedes unas galletas hechas con una verdura muy versátil y económica, espero le guste tanto como me ha gustado a mí.

La receta de hoy la llamo: de verdura a galleta

Sin duda alguna que la calabaza es uno de los rubros que, aparte de económico, por lo menos en mi país está presente durante todo el año, así que aprovechando estas bondades y una muy importante es que este producto se adapta o sirve para realizar múltiples recetas, dulces o saladas por ello he decidido combinarla con el coco para elaborar unas galletas que quedan muy ricas y que grandes y pequeños sabrán apreciar por su divino sabor y valor nutricional. Vamos a ver que materiales necesitamos para su preparación y también el paso a paso para elaborarlas, así que sin más te invito a que me sigas.

Para nuestra receta necesitamos lo siguiente:

Ingredientes a utilizar:

• 1 tazas y media de harina de trigo
• 2 cucharadas de vainilla
• ½ taza de azúcar
• ½ cucharadita de bicarbonato
• ½ cucharadita de canela
• ½ cucharadita polvo de hornear
• ¼ de taza de aceite vegetal
• ½ cucharadita de cáscara de naranja
• 1 taza de coco rayado
• ½ tasa de puré de auyama

Paso a paso para la preparación de la receta:

En un envase colocar harina, la canela, el bicarbonato, el polvo de hornear y la cáscara de naranja, mezclar y reservar.

En un bol colocar la calabaza, el azúcar, el aceite y la vainilla, mezclar hasta lograr que se integren todos los ingredientes.

Ahora a nuestra mezcla le agregaremos el coco rallado y mezclamos, incorporamos la harina ya preparada y nuevamente mezclamos hasta obtener una masa homogénea para luego llevar a la nevera por espacio de una hora.

Cumplido el tiempo de enfriamiento, y con nuestra masa lista, empezaremos a formar nuestras galletas, con la ayuda de una cuchara, colocándolas en una bandeja previamente engrasada y enharinada, para posteriormente llevarlo al horno a 180 grados por 40 minutos.

Y listo, listo, galletas ricas, ya podemos comerlas porque quedan muy sabrosas, en esta oportunidad las decoré con coco rallado y sirope de chocolate, tu puedes decorar según tu gusto.

No doubt that pumpkin is one of the items that, apart from economic, at least in my country is present throughout the year, so taking advantage of these benefits and a very important one is that this product adapts or serves to make multiple recipes, sweet or savory so I decided to combine it with coconut to make cookies that are very rich and that adults and children will appreciate for its divine flavor and nutritional value. Let's see what materials we need for their preparation and also the step by step to elaborate them, so without further ado I invite you to follow me.

For our recipe we need the following:

Ingredients to use:

  • 1 and a half cups of wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup mashed pumpkin

Step by step for the preparation of the recipe:

In a bowl place flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and orange zest, mix and set aside.

In a bowl place the pumpkin, sugar, oil and vanilla, mix until all ingredients are integrated.

Now add the grated coconut to our mixture and mix, add the flour already prepared and mix again until you get a homogeneous dough and then take it to the refrigerator for an hour.

Once the chilling time is over, and with our dough ready, we will begin to form our cookies, with the help of a spoon, placing them on a previously greased and floured tray, and then take it to the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
