CELTIC PATTERNS AND MY NEW BRACELET

in Cross Culturelast month

Have you ever heard about Celts and their culture?

They are one of the oldest groups of peoples who inhabited Western and Central Europe for many centuries.
The legends of the Celts are full of fabulous creatures and deities, much more akin to Slavic paganism than to the Christianity that replaced it.

Maybe that's why I feel some connection to it, and I am absolutely sticked to them when I see them anywhere.

What about magic amulets?

Some of them, thanks to popular culture, have become widely known outside the habitat of nationalities.

Their patterns are mostly expressed in smooth, rounded lines, knots and spirals, soft transitions and the absence of sharp corners. Their weaves are reminiscent of the natural patterns of branches and vines. And the very magic of the Celtic peoples is based on a deep understanding of the surrounding nature and its laws.

They believe:

🎈Every living creature on earth has the ability for magic, like the soul.
🎈Magic and reality are closely intertwined and exist in constant contact
🎈Life is endless.

my beliefs are the same, so I do respect their culture.

When we were in the museum with my son, I saw a Celtic amulet and fell in love at once.
Of course, I bought it! Now it's on my hand, and I can't stop starring at it.

The Celtic Square, personifying the fourth natural kingdom - human, is a symbol of support and foundation.
Through the sign, the owner gains access to the energy of the earth, receiving from it, like from a mother, protection, support, and strength. The cross, one of the most ancient symbols, formed by an ornate pattern in the center, reflects the unification of four others in the element of Ether. Such unity helps to purify the personality and deepen receptivity to the energies of the soul. The lines of the node, without beginning or end, depict the continuous course of the sun across the sky, the mystery of manifestation, endless in time, the eternal progress of humanity in developing from a selfish animal into a pure, pious, perfect person.
