in my darkest moments, when I let negativity take the wheel for a minute, is when I focus back on these sort of things, and snap back to "get shit done" mode.

Easier said than done to snap back to "get shit done" mode.

It is for sure a skill set to be able to do this. I almost feel like it's a muscle that needs to be constantly trained.
