Happy Monday! Welcome to a new week. I hope it goes well for you.
It's the season of African star apple here in my region, so this morning I embarked on a short stroll, braving the chilly harmattan weather to go hunt for African star apple locally called "Udara".
Mornings are the best time to forage for African star apples. The reason is simple: the fruits typically fall from the tree at night. If you're lucky enough to live near an Udara tree, you might even hear the gentle thud of the fruits hitting the ground.
That's why I headed out in the morning to pick up the freshly fallen Udara. It's the perfect time to catch them before they're spoilt or snatched up by others . Early birds pick the best fruits.
The cold was biting, so I made sure to cover up well to avoid catching a chill.
Thankfully, I was able to pick some.
The interesting thing about this stroll was that I also stumbled upon a stunning wild flower with an incredible fragrance. Its scent was amazing! Sadly I couldn't identify the name of the flower. Just wish I did.
It was a refreshing stroll and I'm excited to share this video I recorded with you! I hope you'll enjoy watching it.

I like licking African star apples a lot. Sadly, I don't live near a tree
African Star Apple is very nutritious.
Don't worry, the most important thing is that you enjoy taking it.
Yes o
Ohh wow i havent seen a cherry treee before, this video gives so much knowledge about it, i heard though when i was a kid that the tree only grows in thick forest guess its a metaphor 😅
There might be some truth in it. Maybe it was actually found in the forests until people started planting it.
I'm glad you were able to see the tree from the video.
Thanks for coming around.
