Happy Sunday! This video shows another section of my fitness routine. The Dancing part! After an hour of exercises, I showed from my previous blogs, I also do Zumba/Dance Fitness as Cardio. This video shows one type of dance I do.

As seen in the video. I was already exhausted from the other part of my routine. Usually, I do 28 types of dances.
I do cardio dances to raise my heart rate and to enjoy it at the same time. I know I'm not a good dancer, but what's more important is to sweat and create physical activity.
I believe the higher my heart rate reach, the more calorie, and fat I will burn.
This blog is an update of my fitness routine for the week. I only workout twice and decided to combine them in one blog.
