Yep she really said that.
This was from a WEF conference in 2016. She was the Trade Minister at the time. She is now the Finance Minister and Deputy Prime Minister of Canada, and "just so happens" to also be a Director at the WEF.
It's totally not a conflict of interest that should be front and centre in Canadians minds at all!
