Baxter is a playful retriever, and this is how he looks when he wants to play outside, but can't because it's raining so bad. I ended up taking a quick video of how sad he looks though. 🐶 In the end, he won and we played 'catch' indoor. 🐕
If you're curious, nagtatampu is a Filipino word which means "sulking".
