The Spicy Chicken Curry over the Weekend
How about a Spicy Chicken Curry for Weekend?
This one took a little more time than my regular cooking style.
What did I need to Cook?
The list today is a bigger one 😊
Chicken ( whole Chicken)
Cooking oil
Giner and Garlic Paste
Onions
Tomato
Cilantro
Grated Coconut
And the spices used areTurmeric powder
Red Chilli powder
Garam Masala
Dhania or the Cilantro seeds powder
Cumin powder
Salt
And Chopped cilantro
The Chicken prepared was a very spicy as we love spicy food.
Fry the chicken in cooking oil, keep adding the spices and the pastes you need as your taste of spices.
And in the end, pressure cook for few minutes so that all the spices get well mixed with chicken pieces

It's a habit from my coll days, where my seniors ragged us and forcefully make us address them "sir" and later on it became a habit everywhere 😁
