Hi, how are you doing? When you are depressed and you are going through a hard time, you may do extreme things. Maybe you lost a lot of money investing somewhere. You thought that was a great project, but that turned into a scam.
You cannot take this anymore. It is painful when you go through this. But it does not mean you will do something to hurt yourself physically. It is sad to see some people commit suicide after losing money on their investments. Did they get anything after doing that? Think about your family. Your parents raised you and now you are a grown man or woman.
You have a family to take care of. You have a spouse and kids. Will they be happy if you do something extreme? It does not do anything better for anybody. Always consider the risk before making any investment and diversify your investments. You will always have a chance to do something better as long as you can breathe.

I don't think doing anything extreme is good but it's always good to think about the entire situation and reflect on it. Sometimes it just takes a hard lesson to think things through and do better.
