Developing Your Intuition

Many of us think of intuition as this mysterious, elusive thing that only a "chosen few" fully understand. Or that unless you're reading tea leaves from the womb, you have no hope when it comes to fully developing and utilizing your intuitive gifts. But that's simply not true!

In a few months, I went from having NO confidence in my intuition to giving intuitive energy readings with precision and accuracy (according to the people receiving these readings) and more importantly, helped them to feel validated, supported, and empowered.

Like many people, I tend to get impatient and give up quickly when things aren't going the way I'd like. I definitely have a tendency to leave things uncompleted so I can chase the next shiny object.

I'll be honest—the only reason I did not give up is because I had invested a lot of time and money into this training program. From the beginning, our instructor told us that the best way to develop our skills was to practice.

However, intuition is tricky because unlike, say, archery, it's hard to measure your progress in concrete terms. Even when people praise you, part of you might think, are they just saying that to be nice? Or because you told them what they wanted to hear?

I certainly thought those things at first. However, there came a point when I believed beyond a shadow of a doubt that the praise was genuine and I was actually helping these people. I explain in the video below.

Also (breaking the fourth wall here a bit) this is one of my first public videos that I filmed myself. So I realize it's not perfect (and it took hours to get to this version, you should have seen the first takes). But as with anything else (like developing your intuition), you have to start somewhere!
