just thinking about the seasonal food in my fridge, the great thing about it is that just when you are getting sick of it (coz you've been feasting on nothing else for over a month), something else arrives...

Is that why nature does it that way?! That's actually a really good point. Although I have to admit that to this day I still can't face any form of cooked or preserved strawberries, only fresh ones. Can you guess why? 😉

I can guess why! Though while I am still at the beginning of this great journey of taste experiences I can think of nothing better than a home made strawberry jam. In fact, am gonna make myself a piece of toast right now ;)

And later today I will be making a few more pots...

That and a cherry jam.

And another pesto. Thinking about pea & mint.
