**Time to start posting again... **
Even though i have pictures even from last year to show off Let's start with my trip back in Dec-Jan to Oregon Coast.

Oregon coast is known for it's rock stacks in or next to the water.

And to get there from where my family lives we always go through the redwoods

lots of beautiful pulloffs with great scenes

like i said lots of seastacks

Sometimes the DSLR really shines but even when i don't have it handy and i'm just sitting in the car with the cellphone at sunset it is good enough.

one of my favorite things to do is balance all the driftwood ... some of them require many people to lift up.

Oregon's Coast in Winter's Embrace

On shores where mighty waves collide,
In winter's cool and tranquil tide,
The Oregon Coast awaits with grace,
A haven, nature's sacred place.

**Cannon Beach, where Haystack stands tall**,
A sentinel amidst the surf's wild call,
Its foot adorned with tide pools bright,
Starfish gleam in soft moonlight.

A drive along the scenic way,
**The Pacific Coast Byway** in full display,
Views that take your breath away,
In winter's calm, they sing and sway.

The climate mild, the air so pure,
A coastal winter's unique allure,
With temperatures that seldom freeze,
Ocean's song upon the gentle breeze.

**Accessibility, a gift so dear**,
The shoreline's open all the year,
Thanks to laws that guarantee,
A coast for all, for you and me.

And then the Redwoods, giants old,
Their tales in whispered winds are told,
**Avenue of Giants** reaching high,
A forest cathedral 'neath the sky.

In parks they dwell, these ancient trees,
Three hundred feet, if you please,
A drive, a hike, or a wander free,
In their shadow, feel nature's decree.

So come, explore this coastal land,
With beaches wide and forests grand,
A winter's trip, a memory,
The Oregon Coast and Redwoods' decree.
