Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Brings An Impressive Piece Of Kit To The Tablet Market
Samsung's Galaxy Tab line has been seen as the best Android based tablets on the market and are meant to compete against Apple's iPads although they have lagged somewhat behind in overall performance. The soon to be released Galaxy Tab S7 (code name SM-T875) aims to change that. Samsung's push towards bigger and beefier models is its latest effort to match and in some cases, even exceed the performance/value ratio of the iPads.
As rumor has it, Samsung is expected to launch the device, along with a range of other hardware, in August this year.

Samsung wants to provide a smoother experience during scrolling and transitions and to that end, it has introduced a 120Hz display refressh rate. Not only should this mean a more enjoyable user experience in general but this increase is of particular interest for the gaming commmunity, where increased frame rates can mean better game play and scores.

To keep things humming along, Samsung has included a 10,090mAh battery. This should, in theory, allow for a full day's use before needing to recharge.
Octa core SOC based on 5nm process
The Tab S7 is powered by Qualcomm's newest flagship processor, the Snapdragon 865. The 865 consists of 1x 2.84GHz (Cortex A77), 3x 2.4GHz (Cortex A77) and 4x 1.8GHz (Cortex-A55). It also includes a Hexagon 698 DSP and supports Quick Charge 4+ Quick Charge AI.
128GB or 256GB storage
There are two storage options available with 128GB for the S7 and 256GB meant for the S7+. Expandable storage is possible through the included SD card slot.
DEX UI for greater productivity
DEX is Samsung's custom interface that provides users with a desktop experience through the use of a keyboard, mouse and monitor. In theory, the increased screen realestate should also facilitate increased productivity.
