Is prayer enough to get closer to God || Mcgi Topic Review

Seeking God requires us doing it with the whole of our heart. When our hearts are all in into something it will show in our actions. The mistake a lot of Christians make is that they pray and stop there. If we don't make any efforts on our path after praying we may remain at the spot we are.
Most of the time our request to God may require us to step out. What differentiates two people who prays is the willingness of either of them to carryt actions after they pray. Some people think that God doesn't hear there prayers anymore. But He actually does. While they are busy asking where God is, God waiting when they are going to act.

For every prayers that we make, God has an instruction for us to carry out and until we carry it out we may not experience what we are asking for. God is closer to us than we can imagine and is willing to deliver unto us that which we seek of Him but we have to stretch out our hands in order to receive it.

James 2:17
Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.

Christianity is all about faith and the things we go and the length we go to doing them is what justifies our faith. Even though sometimes things may not go as expected or happens according to how we predicted it is still much better to act than to do nothing at all.

When we pray, we need to act as well.

We must obey his commandments to come closer to him.

After praying it is important that we act

Sometimes we forget that God gives us steps not just stuff. This message reminded me to stop waiting and start walking.
