Todos tenemos deseos y peticiones que presentamos a Dios diariamente y entendemos que en todo esto se alinea a la voluntad de Dios cuando tenemos como base fundamental la palabra de Dios.
1 Pablo, apóstol de Jesucristo por la voluntad de Dios, y el hermano Timoteo, 2 a los santos y fieles hermanos en Cristo que están en Colosas: Gracia y paz sean a vosotros, de Dios nuestro Padre y del Señor Jesucristo.
3 Siempre orando por vosotros, damos gracias a Dios, Padre de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, 4 habiendo oído de vuestra fe en Cristo Jesús, y del amor que tenéis a todos los santos, 5 a causa de la esperanza que os está guardada en los cielos, de la cual ya habéis oído por la palabra verdadera del evangelio, 6 que ha llegado hasta vosotros, así como a todo el mundo, y lleva fruto y crece también en vosotros, desde el día que oísteis y conocisteis la gracia de Dios en verdad, 7 como lo habéis aprendido de Epafras, nuestro consiervo amado, que es un fiel ministro de Cristo para vosotros, 8 quien también nos ha declarado vuestro amor en el Espíritu.
9 Por lo cual también nosotros, desde el día que lo oímos, no cesamos de orar por vosotros, y de pedir que seáis llenos del conocimiento de su voluntad en toda sabiduría e inteligencia espiritual,

En el texto que vemos hoy contemplamos la oración del apóstol y esta transforma drásticamente la vida, este es el secreto de esta oración, es lo que le hace muy poderosa saque todo lo que menciona en cuanto a las peticiones están en perfecta armonía con la voluntad de Dios.
Observamos que Pablo pide a Dios que los con los censes sea llenos del conocimiento de Dios y esto es el mismo deseo de Dios para con sus hijos, es necesario para que seamos llenos del conocimiento de Dios pasemos tiempo con él, sobre todo leyendo su palabra en todo esto Dios nos describe la manera de amarlo y el plan perfecto en todo.
Aquel, respondiendo, dijo: Amarás al Señor tu Dios con todo tu corazón, y con toda tu alma, y con todas tus fuerzas, y con toda tu mente; y a tu prójimo como a ti mismo.
Lucas 10:27
Pablo entiende muy bien que para practicar primero necesitamos conocer y aquí es donde el espíritu Santo de Dios toma suma relevancia, no solamente nos revela la palabra de Dios, también nos da la fuerza y nos guía a poner en práctica la palabra revelada.
13 Pero cuando venga el Espíritu de verdad, él os guiará a toda la verdad; porque no hablará por su propia cuenta, sino que hablará todo lo que oyere, y os hará saber las cosas que habrán de venir.
Juan 16:13
Por esto es que también el apóstol oró pidiendo sabiduría y entendimiento para todos los creyentes hermanos de Colosas. Para nosotros también es importante que podamos presentar esta misma petición a favor de aquellos que aún no conocen a Dios, recordemos que el deseo de Dios es que nadie se pierda y todo conozcan al señor.
9 El Señor no retarda su promesa, según algunos la tienen por tardanza, sino que es paciente para con nosotros, no queriendo que ninguno perezca, sino que todos procedan al arrepentimiento.
2 Pedro 3:9
Dios mismo ha prometido que cuando oramos conforme a su propósito podemos estar más que seguro que recibiremos aquellos que pedimos, por esta razón es importante que comencemos a descubrir cuáles son los planes que Dios tiene preparado para nosotros, es de suma importancia que tratemos de hablar conforme a la palabra de Dios, que utilicemos el lenguaje bíblico para dirigirnos a Dios.
