I learnt about disciplining childern and what the bible says about it. Teaching them to follow rules and regulations in other to correct evil acts.

Here in African it is lawful to discipline a child through beating them to mould them into a good behavior unlike other countries that go against disciplining of the child.

Have been able to learn the proper way of disciplining the child according to the bible. Children should be taught the love of God, we should love our children and the discipline we give to them must be out of the love we have for them and from hatred using it as a measure for punishment. We must be intentional about the love we have for our children, discipline shouldn't turn to physical violence when grooming or correcting a child.

The study of God's word has improved my belief system according to the bible that while training up a child there's a rod of correction for us to use in rebuking according to the commandment in the bible. Punishing a child with a rod for a good correction is biblical, however discipline should be out of love not because of hatred. Punishing our children out of love because we really want them to be better to be great in life when they grow up.

This session has really impacted and affected me positively that the best way to raise a child is to teach them the ways of God because when they grow up they will not depart from it. We are in the last days men are lovers of their own self, so many childern are not taught the teachings and admonition of the God because thd parents themselves don't really know God fot themselves, so there's no way you can give what you don't have therefore teaching the children the ways of God will be difficult and it will reflect on the child.

My personal revelation about this session is that we must patterned our lifestyle according to the discipline of christ. The teachings of christ must be our guidelines, the commandment of the Lord must not be misinterpreted by our own mind.

Obedience to the teachings of God will helps and keep us from all evil viz; wickedness or rebel rather a good well mannered taught by the Lord.
We must endeavour to train up our child in the way of the lord so that when they grow they will remain and not depart from the words of God they have known.

However will must demonstrate the love of christ first before challenge them and we must not in any way provoke them to anger or wrath. May God help us to train up our children in the ways if the Lord AMEN.
