2 Corinthians 9:8 Says God can make all grace abound toward you; that you will have sufficiency in everythings always and you may abound to all good works:

The one who gives will also receive and become more powerful because his seeds would multiply to sow, win souls, you'll become more blessed.

It is better to give than to receive, you'll be more blessed than those that receive because you'll give according to your heart

What will come first is receive, after you receive Christ, then you'll give to others.

2 Corinthians 9:9-11 (As it is written, He has spent abroad; he has given to the poor: his righteousness remain for ever. Now he that ministered seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply the seed that you sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;). Being enriched in all things to all bountifulness, which cause through us thanksgiving to God.

When you give, understand why you give is your act of giving is righteousness.

Hebrews 13:15 By him therefore continue to offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to the name of God. But to do good and not to forget to communicate: because God is pleased well with such sacrifices.

2 Corinthians 9:8 refers to only those that gives, not those that knows how to collect only, you need to know how to give or God might stop giving you because God gives t9 you so that you would give to those that didn't have and as you give out to the poor, God would keep giving you and that is why it is good to give than to keep receiving, there is goodness in giving than receiving, you would keep having if you keep giving, you will never lack because givers never lack but beggers always ask.

Before you give, you will receive, receiving come first, so after you have received from God, try and give out too as receive more from God almighty.

Pay those that you own money because they lender that lend you didn't give you, he lend you so as to help you, lending is different from giving.
