Points and Bible verses

What is written is to give every man according to his purposes

2 Corinthians 9:7 says according to every man purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not in grudgingly, or of necessity: because God loves a cheerful giver.

In Jeremiah 17:10 The LORD says He search the heart, He try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of what he does.

God gives every man according to His ways. If you're a wicked, He would give you wickedness, if you are good, he would give you goodness.

What man says may not be what he meant is his heart

Believe in the truth

God send you to do iniquities according to his he has sent you, what is right is everything desire, then give it.

The Acts Apostle 5:2 talk about Ananias and Sappirah that kept back part of the price of the land they sold, the wife that is being privy to it, they brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet.

Ecclesiastes 5:5 says it is better not to vow, than to vow not pay.

It's better not to make vow than not to fulfill it

Deuteronomy 23:21-23 says When you shalt make a vow unto the LORD your God, you shalt not slack to pay it: because the LORD your God will surely ask of it from you; and it would be sin for you. But if you shall fulfil the vow, it shall be no sin for you. That which has come out of your lips you shall keep and perform; even a freewill offering, according as you have vowed unto the LORD your God, which you have promised with your mouth.

Lesson

Christians follow the written word of God which is the Bible, so in the Bible, there is no where it's written that vow is a must, you give according your heart desires, it's not a mandatory or a must, give as your heart desires, someone cannot tell you what to give, if you give out of your heart purposes, then your offering is not accepted by God because you are not happy to what you give, God loves a cheerful giver, not someone that give because they asked him to give.

According to your ways is how God would treat you, if you choose to wicked, God might treat you in a wicked way and if you choose to be merciful towards thighs God made, God will be merciful unto you.

If you make a vow, you have to fulfil it because if you didn't, it's a sin, it's better you don't make vow than to make it and fail to fulfill your promise.
