1 Corinthians 16:1-2 Asking what is in store is like asking what is available. 2 Corinthians 8:12-14 This verse refers to the contribution. We can not set aside resources that we don't have. Firstly, our hearts must decide what we are going to give and how we are going to give. We are the ones who will decide what we will give and no one knows our hearts except God because the Lord the heart of all men. Jeremiah 17:10 What we tell men can sometimes be different from what we have in our hearts. It is only the Lord that searches the heart and knows what is in our mind. Most of the time, people's actions are different from what they have in there. It is sometimes obvious in people's actions while it is not with some people. Even men do not see what we have in our hearts, the Almighty God knows what we have in our hearts. Nothing is hidden from him because the word of God lets us know that He knows the intent of men. He created everything, not hidden from him. We might pretend to others about what we have in our heart, and demonstrate the opposite of what we have in our heart but the Almighty knows. That is why we need to fulfill the decision of our heart because God can see what others can not see.

Proverb 23:7 We can not know the heart of man but we can only know the basis from what people say. 2 Thessalonians 2:1 We people believe now is a lie. The content of our heart will be brought to us through our did. Sometimes, what we are giving is not what we have proposed in our hearts. Everyone should give what they have decided in their heart. God is good to man according to what he doing. They are those whose eye is evil.

Our hearts will decide what we are going to give. Wherever we have the heart is what we should do. Ecclesiastes 5:5 What are not forced to give but when we give it, we should fulfill it. We should not take a vow if we are not going to fulfill it. Joshua 6:18 When we are giving what we have, we should be cheerful. We should not take from what is already set aside. We should give cheerfully. It is the heart of the given. If our give is according to what we have. If we make a vow, we should fulfill it. It is better not to make a vow than to vow and not fulfill it. Joshua 6:10 We should not take from the devoted thing.
