Ah I just looked, it's a similar set of rules to most places: anything above 250g in weight has to be registered and with a certificate. Usually places are quite relaxed about ones that are below 250g providing they aren't flying over densely populated areas or above a certain altitude usually around 200ft.
Armenia and Georgia are similar on paper but in actuality they don't seem to care at all when and where providing you aren't near airports or military locations.
But to be honest, kite-flying much more fun than flying a drone :)
I fly my drone a lot, but the other week I actually had a random memory spring up of how fun it was as a child to fly kites. Sudden nostalgia that had me wanting to go out and find one :^)
It's a lot stricter here in Singapore and based on what I heard, the police have a huge drone that will catch smaller ones so there's no chance of escaping them lol
Ah yes, you're right about the nostalgia of reminiscing childhood memories. That has to be the reason why I enjoy flying a kite than a drone :)
