TriTorusRex is fully usable from the launch of the very first Stationship.
Each ship is fully self-contained. This means that as each one is added, it can be crewed as used, or current crew gain more living and working area.
As each ship is bigger than the ISS, this gives a spacious living and working area, which grows by three ships per day.
Until the station is fully built, it will stay in a micro-g state, so crew may rotate in and out during the 8 to 9 month construction period.
