Street art in the seaside.

I was walking along the coast of Bilbao today, and I saw an old house that probebly belonged to a coastguard ore some kind of organization like that. This was because below this object, there are two lighthous standing next to the coastline. I thought it was nice enough to take a little detour from thy trail.

The powerlines are still going into the building, but it's clearly abandoned. There are two lighthuises along the coast. One is very old and doesn't function anymore. This house probably was in connection with that old lighthouse.

Along the house is a wall, and they made some nice art on that too.

What do you think this place could be?
And is this still street art? This is clearly in a nature reserve along the coast, far away from any street 😅

I made a panorama, from one side of the building, with my telephone. The other side was to close to the bushes, so i couldn't get a panorama of it!
