This weeks "Hello" is in Korean Language, a language spoken by 75 Million people in the world with majority being in South and North Korea followed by China, United states and Japan.

Continuing the journey as a #Farmer(+) in #HashKings, a #playtoearn ecosystem on #Hive Blockchain under 🍕hive.Pizza🍕 #scholarship program and also update on my investments and returns related to the game. +meaning I am not just looking the game as Farmer but other investment and game mechanics too.

HashKings Investment Statistics

The last updated on Hashkings investment was almost a month ago, in between that major focus was on upgrading my avatar to above 50K XP to be eligible for EXP staking rewards for which the requirements are

• Active avatar with 25K XP (level 23)
• hold at least 10K BUDSX

and for third level staking rewards which should be announced soon and will need active avatar with 50K XP.

So went on Buying (Avatar and Joints), Forging and leveling up spree and spend more than 100 hive in last few days to finally have the following Monstrous avatar

Note that most calculations related to Guild part are estimates based on current market prices, as I do not have exact data from guild on that

Expenses

Starting with Expense as it is first time details on each item related to the game

• Guild Part : Since the last update the new guild cycle has started and in which Guild has delegated me with 15 South America lands for around 1 month and seeds and HK water to do farming cycles on that land which as per my estimates have costed guild around 4.35 hive

• Avatar NFTs : as mentioned above have spent 158.9 hive since last month to get the Avatar to desired level

• SEEDS : not much change just bought couple of seeds with total cost around 0.05 hive

• BUDS : Spent 9.5 hive on the BUDS as it was mainly used for paying for forging or buying joints as it gives 10% discount to pay with BUDS

• BUDSX : one of the actively traded tokens bought around 16.55 hive worth in last month

• EXP : new token in Hashkings Ecosystem which can be traded or converted to Avatar XP

• MOTA : bought 6.66 hive worth for market to stake in Mota Pool which provides weekly seeds drops

• No changes in HKWATER and HKAVATAR

All this activity takes my total Hashkings expenses to 270.45 hive (+191.65 hive since last update) and 18.12 hive savings thanks to hive.Pizza's scholarship program

Assets

• SEEDS : Seeds received from Harvest drops and MOTA pool drops
• BUDS : Liquid BUDS in wallet some of which I have added to SWAP.HIVE:BUDS Liquidity pool and most will be staked to receive BUDSX
• BUDSX : decreased in value by around 4 hive as have taken out most of BUDS to pay for upgrades
• MOTA : increased in value by 4 hive, mostly staked in MOTA Pool
• EXP : held in wallet received from staking drops and liquidity pool rewards
• Avatar NFTs : since the current market system does not filter avatar by XP or other stats, the current avatar NFT can only be estimated and for now I have kept the value same as amount spent to reach there
• No changes in LAND, HKWATER and HKAVATAR

Total Current Assets value is 210.39 hive (+149.68 hive since last update)

Gains

Well simple calculation for Gains = (Revenues + Asset value) - Expenses
and currently it stands at 72.75 hive (+14.38 hive since last update) or 26.9% of my expense of around 270 hive related to the game.

BUDS Staking Gains

BUDS when staked are converted BUDS to BUDSX, the ratio of which is increased everyday as the game dev team add BUDS to this pool from part of their revenue every day.

With staking tracking now since BUDSX token are also tradable, I have run into this issue where the amount of BUDS I have unstaked has become larger than what I staked for this. For this time I am publishing the stats as it is, next time will figure out how to calculate it to show the gains by staking mechanism

hive.pizza Scholarship Program

Recap, under the Scholarship program I have been delegated

• 15 South America Land plots
• Colombian Gold seeds & Panama Red seeds for 4 cycles of farming gameplay
• HKWATER tokens to complete above 4 cycles

When I harvest I will receive BUDS token, of which 30% I need to give to the guild and 70% I get to keep and use as I see fit.

A Win-Win for both

• Guild - assets don't go to waste and earns 30% on the assets potential
• Player - invest some times and get 70% return without financial investment

Harvest Report

After completing the farming gameplay for this week, this is what my harvest looks like

So in total I got 4437 BUDS and after guild share I have now 3104 BUDS which at current market rate is equivalent of 0.87 Hive.
