GAMING PHOTOGRAPHY-The perfect place.

A town in the snow, a plane crash, the vast, cold and desolate wilderness of Canada is the perfect place to develop survival skills. In this new gaming photography contest I want to share my favorite landscapes in The Long Dark. There are many places in the game, most of them are incredible. The snowy mountains can be challenging and dangerous, but they are also very beautiful.

Something that connects the different regions that we are going to travel through are the train tracks. When I come across some, I don't know whether to follow them or not. Since the map is still unknown to me, I don't know where I'm going to end up. Following the tracks is sometimes unsettling. It's just me following a path with no one else, with the noise of the trees that the wind moves. The worst thing about these paths is that when a wolf crosses you, it's very possible that it will attack you and there isn't much room to run, but I like how the sunset looks and how far away everything is.

The Lumberjack Forest is another great place, the trees in this region are much taller, the place looks bigger than many others in the game, so feeling lost is easier than in other places on this big map, it happens to me that not knowing where to go I always leave marks with a spray can hahaha, but being in these woods when night begins to fall and the fog is present is a little scary, although nothing is going to attack you without making noise, that fog seems to hide something.

I think my favorite place in the whole game that is easy to find is the cabin by the lake, it is difficult to say where it is, but I usually find it in all my games, it is a cabin that overlooks a large frozen lake, there are several fishing spots on the ice, but clearly I do not know how to fish in this game yet hahaha, I kind of want to master it completely but that is not something that is happening.

Many times traveling places we come to impossible steps where the game shows us its most beautiful face, the perspectives of the large snowy mountains.

The Long Dark is not only a challenging survival experience, it is an exciting experience that immerses you in landscapes as beautiful as they are intimidating. Each region will have a new surprise, a cave to discover, a story to tell, you just have to be curious to get there. The mountainous cold of Canada is waiting for you to discover it and let its places and stories surprise you, once again.
