Greetings friends Tebeteros of the @throwback-thurs community, again with you to continue remembering through the images archived in our albums and in our memory.

Today I share with you these images of a recreational activity we did on January 18, 2010, do not think I have photographic memory to remember the date, it is because the date appears in the photographs.

It was on those days in January when we were still on school vacation that we were invited to this day of recreation to celebrate with the children who were part of the children's choir of the church and their representatives.

We did it in a place far away from the city, in a small farm belonging to the grandparents of one of the girls. There we shared very pleasant moments with the children's parents: we played dominoes, had a few beers and at the end of the event, the grandfather started singing karaoke and then the children did the same to liven up the celebration.

I was very nostalgic to see in those photos some very talented people who have emigrated out of the country and others reading the newspaper, something we used to do every day. Today there is no more printed news, only digital.

The children, on the other hand, took advantage of the whole day to cool off in a small pool set up for this purpose and the truth is that whenever there is a pool the children love it and enjoy it to the fullest.

My girl at that time was 8 years old and her classmates were also of similar ages. Today these children are adults and some of them are already married and others are out of the country.

That meeting started early in the morning and lasted until 4 o'clock in the afternoon. It was a very nice experience and I have also enjoyed remembering it through this community.

TBT/ Recordando momentos de esparcimiento familiar

Saludos amigos Tebeteros de la comunidad @throwback-thurs, nuevamente con ustedes para seguir recordando a través de las imágenes archivadas en nuestros albumes y en nuestra memoria.

Hoy les comparto esta imágenes de una actividad recreativa que hicimos el 18 de enero del 2010, no crean que tengo memoria fotográfica para recordar la fecha, es porque la fecha aparece en las fotografías.

Fue en esos día de enero en que todavía estábamos de vacaciones escolares que nos invitaron a este día de esparcimiento para celebrar con los niños que integraban el coro infantil de la iglesia y con sus representantes.

Lo hicimos en un lugar retirado de la ciudad, en una pequeña granja perteneciente a los abuelos de una de las niñas. Allí compartimos momentos muy gratos con los padres de los chicos: jugamos dominó, nos tomamos unas cervezas y al final del evento, el abuelo comenzó a cantar con karaoke y luego lo hicieron los niños para amenizar el festejo.

Me causó mucha nostalgia ver en esas fotos a personas muy talentosas que han emigrado fuera del país y otras leyendo el periódico, algo tan cotidiano que hacíamos. Hoy día ya no existen las noticias impresas sino solo digitales.

Los niños, por su parte aprovecharon el día completo para refrescarse bañándose en una pequeña alberca dispuesta para este propósito y de verdad que siempre que hay piscinada a los niños les encanta y lo disfrutan al máximo.

Mi niña para ese entonces tenía 8 años y sus compañeros también tenían edades parecidas. Hoy día ya esos niños son adultos y algunos ya están casados y otros están fuera del país.

Esa reunión comenzó desde temprano y se prolongó hasta las 4 de la tarde. De vedad que fue muy agradable esta experiencia y también he disfrutado al recordarla a través de esta comunidad.
