We went to the Cumaná shopping center (Antiguo Hipergalerías) to have breakfast with some delicious empanadas sold in the supermarket Galería, friends, I wanted to try them because of the fame they already have and boy, is it worth it. Filled from end to end and big. No exaggeration: first time I've ever been stuffed with an empanada. After a good chat, I went to my English class -which by the way I was late because we were late- and she went to the public library to do some research for her university, but what do you think? that's not the end of our reunion?
Nos dirigimos al centro comercial Cumaná (Antiguo Hipergalerías) para desayunar unas deliciosas empanadas que venden en el supermercado Galería, amigos, yo las quería probar por la fama que ya tienen y vaya que si vale la pena. Rellenas de punta a punta y grandes. Sin exageración: primera vez que me lleno con una empanada. Luego de una buena charla, fui a mi clase de inglés -que por cierto llegué tarde por que nos pasamos de la hora- y ella se dirigió a la biblioteca pública para hacer unas investigaciones por su universidad, pero ¿qué creen? ahí no termina nuestro reencuentro...
Hello friends of the Throwback Thursday community, how have you been? I return to this space to continue with the story of my meeting with @velero13 at the mall, don't miss any details.
The class was super dynamic, I had good participation but I wanted it to end. Valentina and I agreed to meet again at the public library to return to the mall since our talk had been left unfinished and we had a lot to talk about, catch up and ideas to create beautiful content together. We are both singers and we came up with the idea of recording something together for the music communities and we are sure we will do something great.
To complement the conversation we went for an ice cream, it was getting close to lunch time, but we were still full of those empanadas, there was only room for something cold and sweet.
La clase estaba súper dinámica, tenía buena participación pero ya quería que se terminara. Pues Valentina y yo quedamos en volvernos a encortar en la biblioteca pública para retornar al centro comercial ya que nuestra charla había quedado inconclusa y teníamos mucho de que hablar, ponernos al día e ideas de crear juntas contenido bonito. Ambas somos cantantes y se nos ocurrió grabar algo juntas para las comunidades de música y estamos seguras de que haremos algo genial.
Para complementar la conversación fuimos por un helado ya se acercaba la hora del almuerzo, pero aún estábamos llenas de esas empanadas, sólo había espacio para algo frío y dulce.
Every witticism we came up with we couldn't stop laughing and that's what I really needed because my mood was less than 30% and the late night was showing in my eyes, "the candy will give me energy for sure", I thought.
Cada ocurrencia que se nos ocurría no parábamos de reír y eso es lo que realmente necesitaba porque el ánimo lo tenía en un porcentaje menor que el 30% y el trasnocho se notaba en mi mirada, "el dulce seguro me dará energía", pensé.
Then we went up to the second floor to take more pictures, we went up to another clothing store to look while we talked a little more, I told her little by little my situation and in the end, we ended up sitting on some benches that were in the same store, when we looked at the clothes, I had the illusion of using it someday, we also saw the thermoses, plates pillows, everything, I tell you that there were some stuffed animals that I know that my friend @melaniboada17 will like, I hope she is encouraged to go out in a video ok, come back, I'm sure they would get along well. So much so that our meeting ended at 3:00 in the afternoon.
Luego nos subimos el segundo piso para sacarnos más fotos, subimos a otra tienda de ropa para mirar mientras conversábamos un poco más, le contaba poco a poco mi situación y al final, nos terminamos sentando en unas bancas que estaban en la misma tienda, cuando mirábamos la ropa, tenía la ilusión de usarla algún día, también vimos los termos, platos almohadas, de todo, les cuento que habían unos peluches que sé que mi amiga @melaniboada17 les gustará, espero se anime a salir en un video vale, vuelveeee, estoy segura de que se llevarían bien. Tanto fue así que nuestro encuentro terminó a las 3:00 de la tarde.
What I take from that moment together are the laughs, her advice and that warm hug that made me feel confident, she is a very nice person and now she is a good friend.
Lo que me llevo de ese momento juntas son las risas, sus consejos y ese cálido abrazo que me hizo sentir en confianza, ella es una persona muy agradable y ahora es una buena amiga.
