Hola Familia Hive,espero estén bien, una vez más les presento información sobre El proyecto solidario para ayudar a familias y niños de Escasos recursos.
Venezuela es un pais que no escapa de la crisis económica día tras días el indice de probreza aumenta y se vuelve más común ver personas pasando por distintas necesidades principalmente con el tema de la Alimentación.
En mi corazón siempre ha estado ayudar a otras personas, poco o mucho un gesto amable siempre hace la diferencia, mi deseo es aportar ayuda y aprovechar la web3 para crear un programa de formación para esas familias, todo está disponible lo importante es seguir el camino correcto.
Estos son los inicios de este proyecto hoy les comparto los primeros pasos que he dado hasta ahora:
Hello Hive Family, I hope you are well, once again I present information about the solidarity project to help families and children of scarce resources. Venezuela is a country that does not escape the economic crisis day after day the poverty index increases and it becomes more common to see people going through different needs mainly with the issue of food.
In my heart has always been to help other people, little or much a kind gesture always makes a difference, my desire is to provide help and take advantage of the web3 to create a training program for these families, everything is available the important thing is to follow the right path. These are the beginnings of this project today I share with you the first steps I have taken so far.

👉Estructura a mis ideas
He empezado a dar estructura a mis ideas, siempre he pensado que brindar ayuda va más allá de llevar un día alimentos a una persona. Hay muchas herramientas que pueden brindar un cambio positivo en la vida de esa persona, tecnología y la palabra de Dios.
Sé que tengo el deseo de ayudar, que puedo empezar hoy mismo, sin embargo, un proyecto solidario lleva tiempo, hay decisiones que tomar siempre enfocadas con los objetivos del proyecto.
I have started to give structure to my ideas, I have always thought that providing help goes beyond bringing food to a person one day. There are many tools that can bring a positive change in the life of that person, technology and the word of God. I know that I have the desire to help, that I can start today, however, a solidarity project takes time, there are decisions to make always focused on the objectives of the project.
1)❤️Nombre del proyecto
Cuando me decidí a empezar desde cero mi proyecto solidario, mis ideas estaban dispersas. Algo que tenía claro era que quería colocarle un nombre con un significado especial al proyecto.
Busque información, hasta que surgió un nombre muy especial para mí, se llamara Dios es mi Refugio, pensar en eso me saco lágrimas porque tiene un significado espiritual para mí, Dios ha sido mi lugar seguro en muchas dificultades de mi vida, en los días de hambre y escasez, sin dudar dije este es el nombre.
Entonces quería tener un logotipo para darle una identidad al proyecto, ese paso es costoso. Lo bueno es que hoy en día hay herramientas que facilitan el trabajo y estoy dispuesta a aprender. Así llegué a Canva para hacer un logotipo sencillo que plasmara mis ideas y sus detalles.
Este logotipo ahora es sencillo y puedo mejorarlo en el futuro cuando pueda pagarle a un diseñador para que lo realice.
❤️Project name
When I decided to start my solidarity project from scratch, my ideas were scattered. Something that was clear to me was that I wanted to give a name with a special meaning to the project. I searched for information, until a very special name came up for me, it was called God is my Refuge, thinking about it brought tears to my eyes because it has a spiritual meaning for me, God has been my safe place in many difficulties in my life, in the days of hunger and scarcity, without hesitation I said this is the name.
Then I wanted to have a logo to give an identity to the project, that step is expensive. The good thing is that nowadays there are tools that make the work easier and I am willing to learn. So I came to Canva to make a simple logo that reflects my ideas and its details. This logo is now simple and I can improve it in the future when I can pay a designer to make it.
Values: Love, Solidarity and Service.
Spiritual: God is our Refuge.

A la misma vez que hacia este trabajo decidi abrir redes sociales para mostrar el trabajo y dar a conocer el proyecto Llamado ❤️Iniciativa Cristiana Dios es mi Refugio❤️
Eso implica que tengo que aprender Marketing, esto es un desafio al mismo tiempo una experiencia enriquecedora para mi,no sé puede separar la formación en este proyecto, por ahora me toca hacer de todo un poco.
Hacer varias cosas al mismo tiempo es a veces complicado, mis redes sociales a penas empiezan, poco a poco crecerán de esa estoy segura.

At the same time that I did this work I decided to open social networks to show the work and publicize the project called ❤️Iniciativa Christian God is my Refugio❤️ That means that I have to learn Marketing, this is a challenge and at the same time an enriching experience for me, I can not separate the training in this project, for now I have to do a little bit of everything..
Doing several things at the same time is sometimes complicated, my social networks are just starting, little by little they will grow, I am sure of that.

❤️Misión
Estos primeros pasos son importantes para mí, porque dan vida a lo que quiero hacer por las personas. El día que tomé la decisión de asumir este desafío, aun sin la experiencia en muchas áreas, quise arriesgarme, intentarlo a pesar de mis inseguridades.
Entonces, tomé un lápiz y una hoja para resumir mis motivos, el propósito por el cual quería ayudar a otras personas, descifrar mi misión, esa que quiero compartir con el mundo.
Mi objetivo es dirigir Esta iniciativa a personas, familias en condiciones vulnerables.
Colocar a la disposición de esas familias no solo una ayuda en cuanto a alimentación y salud, mi meta es brindarle recursos que impacten de forma positiva sus vidas y mejoren su condición.
La palabra de DIOS y Hive son dos recursos que han generado cambios positivos en mi vida, ambos no pueden faltar en mi proyecto.
Seguire realizando las correcciones que necesito, esto es emocionante es una montaña rusa de emociones.
These first steps are important to me, because they give life to what I want to do for people. The day I made the decision to take on this challenge, even without experience in many areas, I wanted to take a risk, to try despite my insecurities. So, I took a pencil and a sheet of paper to summarize my motives, the purpose for which I wanted to help other people, to decipher my mission, the one I want to share with the world. My goal is to direct this initiative to people, families in vulnerable conditions.
To make available to these families not only help in terms of food and health, my goal is to provide resources that positively impact their lives and improve their condition. The word of GOD and Hive are two resources that have generated positive changes in my life, both can not miss in my project . I will continue to make the corrections I need, this is exciting is a roller coaster of emotions.

Llevar este proyecto a un futuro innovador y sustentable, donde la web 3 haga parte del cambio favorable para estas personas y familias para construcción de nuevas oportunidades de superación personal. Es gracioso para mí, cierro mis ojos y veo a familias enteras dando gracias A Dios por permitir que el apoyo de esta Iniciativa, Dios es mi Refugio, los alcanzara y les brindará la oportunidad de un futuro próspero para ellos y sus familias.
To take this project to an innovative and sustainable future, where web 3 is part of the favorable change for these people and families to build new opportunities for personal growth. It is funny to me, I close my eyes and I see entire families thanking God for allowing the support of this Initiative, God is my Refuge, to reach them and give them the opportunity of a prosperous future for them and their families.
❤️Haz realidad tus sueños.
Hay un dicho popular que dice Soñar no cuesta nada, es verdad, todos tenemos la misma oportunidad; sin embargo, hay sueños que logran cobrar vida, sueños que marcan tu propósito en la tierra, como los sueños de un personaje que me gusta mucho, José, el de la Biblia.
En mi caso he tenido muchos con un mismo significado. Quiero darle vida a esos sueños, colocar a un lado las inseguridades que por años me han hecho obstáculos para dar mis mejores intentos. Sé que la oportunidad está, debo lograr llegar a ella.
Todo es posible, en todo hay momentos de fallas, luchas, aprendizajes. Lo importante es mantenernos enfocados a pesar de los límites que tenemos en nuestro presente.
There is a popular saying that says Dreaming does not cost anything, it is true, we all have the same opportunity; however, there are dreams that manage to come to life, dreams that mark your purpose on earth, like the dreams of a character that I like very much, Joseph, the one from the Bible. In my case I have had many with the same meaning. I want to give life to those dreams, put aside the insecurities that for years have made me obstacles to give my best attempts. I know that the opportunity is there, I must reach it. Everything is possible, in everything there are moments of failures, struggles, learning. The important thing is to stay focused despite the limits we have in our present.
