I'm writing my post at 11:20pm. Have you ever felt so down that you wanted to shut people people out and not care about what they think of you? You don't know where to put your emotions, and sometimes you wake up feeling like you're not getting better or moving toward the place you want to be. You feel like all hope is lost and you have no faith in yourself again. Have you ever had someone lend your shoulder to someone to cry on and offer a kind words when they needed it the most? It's amazing how simple gesture can make a huge difference in our lives.
There are people who love to hide their emotions and then there are those who don't. Hiding your emotions and sulking instead of expressing what you need to say doesn't give your mind rest. I know how angry and sad you are, and it feels like shutting all doors to the people who loves you might be the easiest option. But sometimes, we hide our emotions so we won't make those around us worry, yet we need to speak up.
People who hide their emotions sometimes may not realize they're feeling sad, lonely and in need of someone to talk to. When things don't go according to our plans, we lose faith in God. We start having negative thoughts because we've lost hope and our emotions overwhelm us. Its to feel overwhelmed, but remember that difficult times are temporary, and know that better days are ahead.

By 11: 54pm, I pause to let the words I want to write flow in my head, and they're ready by the time I finish up at 12:39am. However, there are alot of people out there who feel down sometimes. we should bless their day and put a smile on their face, because we never know what they might be going though. I saw a video online of a guy who helps people. He approached a woman who seems trouble and gently interacted with her. To my surprise, instead of reacting negatively, she shared her food with him. He cracked jokes to make her smile and eventually she did. Before leaving, he gave her money and she was visibly surprised and thankful. He just made her day bright again. We never know what people are going through. Let's be kind and supportive when we have.
Alot of people have problem they want to solve but don't know what to do. Sometimes, all someone needs is someone to listen, not to offer solution. A smile, a conversation and a willingness to sit with them can make a difference. They might not need help, but someone to talk, someone who can listen without judgement. By talking to them in way that lifts their spirit, you can help restore their hope and faith back. Some people struggle to express their emotions but they need encouragement and someone to lean on. A supportive presence, a smile and a compassionate heart can go a long way in making them feel better.
Having someone to provide emotional support and a sense of stability can make a significant difference in a person's life. Show them they're not alone, that everything will be okay. Help them express their emotions so they can feel better. Some people can't open up because they fear judgement and criticism instead of understanding and support. Always bless people's days with a smile and ask how they're doing. A simple smile can break barriers and create connection, brightening someone's day and make them feel seen.
