I guess last week was mostly ok with plenty of activity including 5 Hot Yoga Classes while also sticking to doing 100,Daily push-ups/Bench Presses which has become somewhat of a habit that I will continue and build upon trying to complete that for a full 40 days. The main challenge remains as always my food intake which isn't always the cleanest still even though I lost about 1kg.
This will be my last week of my hot yoga year subscription and I have 2 more classes to go planned on Monday and Wednesday to reach a nice averaeg of having joined 2 classes each week.
New Week Goals: The main goal of the new week now will be to get my eating right, focus on fully clearing my skin which has become a bit worse again despite the yoga classes and further decrease my weight if possible closer to 70kg and below. I also aim to keep up the daily push reps and increase them to 110 a day doing 11 instead of 10 reps each time from here on out.
