Day 2451 | At least I'm getting my Daily Steps In!

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


It's the end of March already and I can't really say it was the best month as I had high goals but just not enough discipline especially when it came down to what I have been eating to really meet any of the targets. The one thing however that I have been doing consistantly is getting my steps in which at least is something. I did 13176 steps on Sunday after an evening city walk which puts me at 333010 steps in the last 37 days and with roughly 70k steps left to do in the coming 5 days. This should very well be achievable at least for 1 goal to reach.

I once again went out to get bread and some brownies which filled me up and had a small ice cream at the end of the evening.
