
I had a really good period for a while but it has kind of been reversing for some days now with less time for workouts, poorer eating choices which made my weight go up a bit again while my skin got a bit worse. this is a pattern I've been in for many times and it's time to cut it short this time around. So I'll be doing a reset 'starting from zero' and setting new goals again to hopefully get things going in the right direction again.
Soon, the football competiton will start again which will bring back some kind of better routine and I'm looking forward to that.
