
Time is really flying and before I knew it I kind of have been procrastinating for a long time. The last period where I went full health mode was the month of June where I went from 73kg to close to 67kg but by now months later, that weight has been added again so I'm kind of starting from zero again. This thing is that I need to be able to keep up the good streak for more than a month and actually for more than a year to really make a full lifestyle shift. The temptation though is always too high and I always find excuses here and there.
So from here on out, I'm switching to health mode again first off focusing on my food intake and slowly working my way up to becoming more active.
