Vida Saludable. Mis bebidas favoritas No.1 "Té de piña"

Un cálido saludo mi querida gente bella, amante de la medicina natural o alternativa, de llevar un estilo de vida saludable.

Soy @caballodefuego y hoy les quise compartir la receta de uno de mis bebidas preferidas: té de cáscara de Piña 🍍

Ingredientes:
1 piña mediana
2 litros de agua

La piña es un antiinflamatorio natural, de ella extraen el Ananae, que es la principal sustancia que usan en los fármacos.

Es excelente comer la fruta pero con moderación porque aunque es deliciosa puede irritarnos un poco la lengua. El jugo es también una muy buena manera de consumirla, preferiblemente sin azúcar pues como ta sabemos, ésta, no es nada saludable.

Debes usar una piña con todo y corona 👑 😉. No se la quites hasta que la hayas lavado.Como les explico en el video es muy importante, si la piña no es de nuestra cosecha, lavarla muy bien con agua, jabón y un cepillito para quitar toda suciedad.
Una vez bien limpia, le quitamos la corona sujetándola sin pincharnos y dándole vueltas para que salga con su pedacito pegado que es un concentrado de la sustancia anti inflamatoria.

(De tantos cursos y personas con las que he intercambiado saberes de medicina natural, ya no recuerdo quien me dijo este importante secreto 🤔)

Gracias a quien haya sido pues lo he usado durante toda mi vida, sintiendo mejoría en los procesos inflamatorios que he tenido. 👏👍💚
Y ya de ahí lo que queda es pegarla, ponerla en el agua hirviendo y esperar a que se reduzca un poco a fuego medio para que se concentre su efecto y su sabor.

No le pongas azúcar, por favor 🙏
El azúcar refinada ayuda a aumentar la inflamación!!!

Puedes tomar 3 tazas al día, sólo que no tan cerca de la hora de dormir pues te darán ganas de orinar en la noche.

A warm greeting my dear beautiful people, lover of natural or alternative medicine, of leading a healthy lifestyle.

I'm @caballodefuego and today I wanted to share with you the recipe of one of my favorite drinks: Pineapple peel tea 🍍.

Ingredients:
1 medium pineapple
2 liters of water

Pineapple is a natural anti-inflammatory, from it they extract Ananae, which is the main substance they use in pharmaceuticals.

It is excellent to eat the fruit but in moderation because although it is delicious it can irritate our tongue a little. The juice is also a very good way to consume it, preferably without sugar because as we all know, sugar is not healthy at all.

You should use a pineapple with the crown 👑 😉. As I explain in the video, it is very important, if the pineapple is not from our harvest, to wash it very well with water, soap and a small brush to remove any dirt.
Once well cleaned, we remove the crown holding it without pricking it and turning it around so that it comes out with its little piece stuck to it, which is a concentrate of the anti-inflammatory substance.

(Of so many courses and people with whom I have exchanged knowledge of natural medicine, I no longer remember who told me this important secret 🤔).

Thanks to whoever it was as I have used it throughout my life, feeling improvement in the inflammatory processes I have had. 👏👍💚
And already from there what remains is to stick it, put it in the boiling water and wait for it to reduce a little over medium heat to concentrate its effect and flavor.

*Don't put sugar in it, please 🙏 🙏
Refined sugar helps increase inflammation!!!!

You can drink 3 cups a day, just not so close to bedtime as it will make you want to pee at night.

Hello!!! @mack99 . The juice is very good, although it is better to eat the pineapple in pieces, not much because your tongue can hurt. I don't understand why the juice tasted sour to you, maybe the pineapple was not well ripe. To know if it is ripe you must smell the bottom and it should be a sweet smell. Good luck for the next one.
