¡Hola Chicos!
En un post anterior les conté todo lo que ha sido la aventura de nuestro evento Convinarte y lo que fue el inicio del día que se llevó acabo. Hoy continuaré con el relato y les daré un breve recorrido por todo lo ocurrido durante el evento.
Ya todo estaba listo para dar inicio a la actividad, las personas se encontraban en la parte de afuera del salón listos para entrar. Como no teníamos a nadie atento de la puerta (una falla en nuestra organización), fui con la lista y comencé a verificar la asistencia de los presentes para luego hacerlos pasar hacia sus asientos.
Cuando ya estuvieron todos acomodados procedí a dar unas palabras de bienvenida, a hablarles un poco del evento y a comenzar con las instrucciones para que comenzaran a trabajar en su cuadro.
El motivo que elegí era algo abstracto, donde las personas podían seguir al pie de la letra el diseño que yo había llegado, o inspirarse y crear algo completamente nuevo y adaptado a sus gustos.

In a previous post I told you all about the adventure of our Convinarte event and what was the beginning of the day that took place. Today I will continue with the story and give you a brief tour of everything that happened during the event.
Everything was ready to start the activity, people were outside the hall ready to enter. As we had no one at the door (a flaw in our organization), I went with the list and began to verify the attendance of those present and then make them move to their seats.
When they were all settled, I proceeded to say a few words of welcome, tell them a little about the event and begin with the instructions for them to start working on their painting.
The motif I chose was something abstract, where people could follow the design I had come up with to the letter, or get inspired and create something completely new and adapted to their tastes.
Para esta edición invitamos a varias personas influyentes de la ciudad pero solo contamos con la presencia de uno de ellos. El muchacho es estilista y fue muy receptivo a la hora de apoyarnos y darle publicidad al evento.
Las personas demoraron un buen rato en darle forma a su cuadro y pasada una media hora por fin comenzaron a agregarle color.
For this edition we invited several influential people of the city but we only had the presence of one of them. The guy is a stylist and was very receptive to support us and give publicity to the event.
The people took a long time to shape their picture and after half an hour they finally started to add color to it.
También se les sirvió su copa de vino para que pudieran comenzar a disfrutar de la experiencia y se llenaran de inspiración con sus obras.
A mi también me sirvieron una copa, pero no soy de tomar mucho alcohol. Al darle dos probadas al vino me comencé a marear, por lo que preferí dejar a un lado la idea de tomar y me enfoqué en ayudar a las personas presentes.
They were also served a glass of wine so they could begin to enjoy the experience and be inspired by their work.
I was also served a glass, but I don't drink a lot of alcohol. After two sips of wine I started to get dizzy, so I preferred to put aside the idea of drinking and focused on helping the people present.
La pintura que yo hice la coloqué en frente al escenario. Muchos de los presentes se acercaron, le tomaron una foto y luego volvieron a sus asientos, así no tendrían que estarse levantando para poder verla. El tamaño de que la hice fue el mismo que manejamos con las personas, lo que dificultaba un poco para observarla de lejos.
Esto es algo que esperamos mejorar en los siguientes eventos. Al comenzar a agregar color, muchos dudaron de como hacerlo. Les costó un poco comenzar, así que fui de asiento en asiento ofreciéndoles ayuda para que perdieran el temor y comenzaran a darle forma a la obra.
The painting I made I placed in front of the stage. Many of the people present came up to it, took a picture and then went back to their seats, so they wouldn't have to get up to see it. The size that I made it was the same size that we handle with people, which made it a little difficult to see it from a distance.
This is something we hope to improve on for future events. When starting to add color, many were hesitant to do so. It was a little hard for them to get started, so I went from seat to seat offering to help them lose their fear and start shaping the work.
Para este evento contamos con la presencia de un saxofonista conocido de la ciudad. Él me brindó mucho apoyo durante todo el evento, pues me prestó su micrófono para darle las instrucciones a los presentes (el que venía con el salón de eventos no tenía buen alcance).
También armonizó el ambiente con música y tocando varias canciones con su saxofón. Fue una gran presentación la que tuvo.
For this event we had the presence of a well-known saxophonist of the city. He gave me a lot of support throughout the event, as he lent me his microphone to give instructions to those present (the one that came with the event hall did not have a good range).
He also harmonized the atmosphere with music and playing several songs with his saxophone. It was a great presentation.
Durante el evento contamos con el apoyo de varias personas, entre eso un chico que era caricaturista, que nos ofreció 3 caricaturas para que regaláramos el día del evento.
Lo hicimos como sorteo y 2 de los presentes fueron los afortunados ganadores, entre ellos, el estilista que les comentaba al inicio.
También una chica que es diseñadora regaló un flyer a una de las chicas presente.
Fue un rato bastante agradable en el que las personas se sintieron felices por haber ganado algo que no esperaban.
During the event we had the support of several people, including a guy who was a caricaturist, who offered us 3 caricatures to give away the day of the event.
We did it as a raffle and 2 of those present were the lucky winners, among them, the stylist I mentioned at the beginning.
Also a girl who is a designer gave a flyer to one of the girls present.
It was quite a nice time in which people were happy to have won something they did not expect.
Yo no perdí la oportunidad de subir al escenario y tomar algunas fotos para el recuerdo. A un lado de este contábamos con un proyector y en el reproducimos un video que me ayudó a crear mi esposo. Fue el toque perfecto para armonizar el ambiente.
I did not miss the opportunity to go on stage and take some pictures for the memory. On one side of the stage we had a projector and we played a video that my husband helped me create. It was the perfect touch to harmonize the atmosphere.
Todos comenzaron a dar los toques finales a sus pinturas y a medida que iban terminando se fueron retirando. El evento se extendió a 4 horas.
Nos dimos cuenta que ponerlos a pintar algo en lo que dependía mucho su imaginación y creatividad les costó bastante, por lo que queda la experiencia para uno próximo, en el que escogeré una obra más sencilla de recrear.

Everyone began to put the finishing touches on their paintings and as they finished they left. The event lasted 4 hours.
We realized that putting them to paint something that depended a lot on their imagination and creativity cost them a lot, so the experience remains for the next one, in which I will choose a simpler work to recreate.

Ya luego que todos los presentes se retiraron comenzamos a recoger todo para poder irnos a casa. El evento nos dejó muchas enseñanzas en muchos ámbitos, sobre todo en la organización.
Todo esto nos será de ayuda en una próxima edición. Logramos que las personas se interesaran por el evento, nos pidieran otro y se sintieron satisfechos por lo que le ofrecimos.
Acá termina un primer ciclo, ya pronto les estaré contando como nos va en el siguiente, que está pronto a ocurrir. ♥
After everyone had left, we began to pack up everything so that we could go home. The event taught us many lessons in many areas, especially in the organization.
All this will help us in the next edition. We managed to get people interested in the event, they asked us for another one and were satisfied with what we offered them.
