In the small town where I used to live, there is a sushi that I had not tried. This place, called "Olmué sushi" is right next to where I ate the ice cream that I showed you last time in a post. Last week we decided to give this place a chance, because sometimes it happens to us that they are very expensive and when we go to eat them, they are minimal. And the truth is that we like to eat a lot when it comes to sushi.
We ordered one that had what I like: avocado, cream cheese, scallion and salmon on the inside, and on the outside it was wrapped in salmon. Here we must take advantage of the fact that we live in a country with freezing waters and that salmon love to come here to be caught.
We also ordered another one without rice with salmon, shrimp, cream cheese and chives, which really surprised me, I did not expect it to be as delicious as the one with rice. The prices were not bad, about 8$ each, and that is basically what we paid for some in Venezuela and with only tuna. So we took advantage of the fact that salmon is cheaper here. In size, quite acceptable, we were not bursting at the seams as we like, but we left the space to go and eat the delicious ice cream!

En el pueblito donde vivía, hay un sushi que no había probado. Este lugar, llamado “Olmué sushi” queda justo al lado de donde me comí los helados que les mostré la vez pasada en un post. La semana pasada decidimos darle una oportunidad a este lugar, porque a veces nos pasa que son muy costosos y cuando los vamos a comer, son mínimos. Y la verdad es que nos gusta comer mucho cuando se trata de sushi.
Pedimos uno que tenía lo que me gusta: aguacate, queso crema, cebollín y salmón por dentro, y por fuera estaba envuelto en salmón. Aquí debemos aprovechar que vivimos en un país con aguas heladas y que a los salmones les encanta venir para acá para que los pesquen.
También pedimos otro sin arroz con salmón, camarones, queso crema y cebollín, que la verdad ese me sorprendió, no me esperaba que estaba tan rico como el de arroz. En precios no estuvieron mal, aproximadamente unos 8$ cada uno, y es básicamente lo que pagábamos por unos en Venezuela y con solo atún. Así que aprovechamos el hecho de que acá el salmón es más barato. En tamaño, bastante aceptables, no quedamos a reventar como nos gusta, pero dejamos el espacio para luego irnos a comer los ricos helados!
