Today we had a medical appointment at the Red Cross with the endocrinologist very early at 7 a.m., since many people attend. I'll tell you that despite arriving early, we were numbers 11 and 12, my daughter @keritroberts and me. By 10 a.m. we were a little hungry, even though we had eaten breakfast before leaving home.
We decided to have a snack, and there is a new restaurant in the medical center called Baguelo, where we had a cappuccino and a marbled cake. I have to say that this snack was very tasty, as was the decor and the service from the girl who served us. Anyway, we really enjoyed this moment of peace and tranquility and that delicious coffee while we waited for our appointment with the doctor.

El día hoy fue de ir a consulta medica en la Cruz roja, con el endocrino muy temprano a las 7am, ya que asiste mucha gente. Les cuento que a pesar de llegar temprano, nos toco el numero 11 y 12, a mii hija @keritroberts y a mi. Ya a las 10am teníamos un poco de hambre, a a pesar de haber desayunado antes de salir de casa.
Decidimos comer una merienda, y allí en el centro medico hay un restaurante nuevo llamado Baguelo, donde nos provoco tomarnos un capuchino y una torta marmoleada, les cuento que esta merienda, estaba muy sabroso todo, así como tambien la decoración y la atención de la chica que nos atendió. En fin disfrutamos mucho este momento de paz y tranquilidad y ese rico café, mientras nos tocaba el turno de la cita con el medico.

Esa merienda se ve muy buena, un café siempre nos ayuda a recargar energías y con excelente compañía más. Espero que todo marche bien en el aspecto médico.
Tomar un café a media mañana nos revive y como dices nos recarga para seguir el dio llenos de energía.
