La fiesta de pañales de mi futura sobrina (ESP/ENG)

Hola amigos, a solo una semana de haber llegado a Corupá, le celebraron a mi cuñada una fiesta de pañales. ¿Que qué es esto? 🤔 Eso mismo me pregunté yo, que hasta ese momento solo conocía lo que es el Baby shower, pero aquí en Brasil se celebran muchas más actividades previas al nacimiento de un bebé. A continuación les contaré cómo fue esta nueva experiencia.

🎈¿En que consiste la fiesta?🎈

La fiesta de pañales o como se dice en portugués "Chá de Fralda", es una pequeña fiesta en dónde se invita a los amigos y familiares a celebrar la llegada del bebé con regalos para la embarazada. Estos regalos son cosas para los primeros meses del bebé, la mayoría como el nombre de la fiesta lo indica son pañales, pero también pueden ser otras cosas necesarias como toallitas húmedas e incluso piezas de ropa.

🎈Los preparativos🎈

La fiesta sería en casa de mi cuñada @ely2002, y desde el día anterior empezamos a decorar la terraza para que todo estuviera listo. Unas amigas de ella de la iglesia se encargaron de esta parte, mientras que mi esposo (@theoneblog) y yo ayudamos a Ely a inflar los globos.

La fiesta comenzó en la tarde, todos las invitadas fueron llegando e iban dejando sus regalos en una mesa y además, cada una trajo algo de comer. Para empezar, la mamá de Elizabeth le dedicó unas bellas palabaras sobre lo que significa ser una madre.

Luego llegó el momento de abrir los regalos, Elizabeth fue abriendo uno por uno y se emocionó con todo lo que le trajeron, como mencioné antes la mayoría eran pañales y toallitas húmedas, que le van a ser de mucho uso cuando nazca Natasha 👶🏻, pero también biberones, chupetes y ropitas que eran una preciosura 😊.

Después vino el momento de comer y compartir entre todos. Ese momento fue genial, pues yo estaba recién llegada de Cuba y cada cosa que probaba era nueva para mí y lo encontraba muy delicioso todo, hasta probé una fresa por primera vez, aunque confieso que no me gustó mucho.

En fin, me gustó mucho esta actividad y lo mejor de todo es que llegué a tiempo para no perdérmela, así como el nacimiento de mi futura sobrina, que está pronosticado para finales de este mes. Espero que les haya gustado el post, y díganme si ya conocían sobre esta fiesta.

Hi friends, just a week after arriving in Corupá, my sister-in-law had a diaper party. What is this? 🤔 That's what I asked myself, until that moment I only knew what a baby shower is, but here in Brazil they celebrate many more activities prior to the birth of a baby. Below I will tell you how this new experience was.

🎈What does the party consist of?🎈

The diaper party or as they say in Portuguese "Chá de Fralda", is a small party where friends and family are invited to celebrate the arrival of the baby with gifts for the pregnant woman. These gifts are things for the first months of the baby, most as the name of the party indicates are diapers, but it can also be other necessary things like wet wipes and even pieces of clothing.

The party would be at my sister-in-law @ely2002's house, and since the day before we started decorating the terrace so everything would be ready. Some friends of hers from church took care of this part, while my husband (@theoneblog) and I helped Ely blow up the balloons.

The party began in the afternoon, all the guests were arriving and leaving their gifts on a table and also, each one brought something to eat. To begin with, Elizabeth's mom dedicated some beautiful words about what it means to be a mother.

Then it was time to open the gifts, Elizabeth opened each gift one by one and was thrilled with everything they brought her, as I mentioned before most of them were diapers and wet wipes, which will be of great use when Natasha is born 👶🏻, but also bottles, pacifiers and beautiful clothes 😊.

Then it was time to eat and share with each other. That moment was great, because I had just arrived from Cuba and everything I tasted was new to me and I found everything very delicious, I even tried a strawberry for the first time, although I confess I didn't like it very much.

Anyway, I really enjoyed this activity and the best of all is that I arrived in time to not miss it, as well as the birth of my future niece, which is predicted for the end of this month. I hope you liked the post, and let me know if you already knew about this party.
