The last Saturday of winter

Hello, friends.
Here comes the end of winter, today is the last Saturday of February, the last winter Сaturday.
Although it is still quite cold at night, the thermometer drops below minus 20 degrees Celsius, during the day it is already around zero.

Tom the cat sleeps at night on a pouf in a warm apartment, and in the morning demands to be taken to the village. Since about the spring of 2001, when our grandfather's old cat died, Tom the cat goes to the village every day. In the village, he helps brighten up the loneliness of our eighty-year-old grandfather and walks for his own pleasure.

For the village cats, spring seems to have already begun, at least cat cries are often heard, so after arriving in the village and having a snack of grandfather's treat, Tom the cat hurries outside.

In the evening, having walked around to his heart's content, having arrived home, Tom the cat, having had a hearty dinner, falls into a deep sleep, only to demand again in the morning to be taken quickly to the village.
