No, nothing wrong. It's just a preview. If you click the title, it'll open a browser and play it from Spotify directly, even if you don't subscribe to it.
I can easily get the podcast on other players, and maybe I need to do that and link them in my posts. This way people can use whatever player they prefer.

If you click the title of the episode in the player (should be scrolling sideways), it should take you to the full episode in a new page.
Here you go! I edited the post and added a bunch of linked logos under the player. Click your favorite one and you're good to go! I'll be adding more when they finally list the podcast (Google Podcasts, Pandora, Stitcher, Podchaser, etc). Takes a few days.
