"I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul," are the famous line from invictus. Which resonates a deeper meaning and understanding of how we make our fate.
Life is like a ship in the middle of the ocean. We are the captain that holds the helm or what we called a steering wheel. We are the ones who navigate where we are about to depart. We may faced waves of problems yet, the captain are the ones who will decide what to do.
As my journey is about to turn, here I am wearing a toga. 4 years being a student and now, being unemployed. The fear of wandering without sources and trying to stand on your own starts knocking. With the experiences I have experienced, I think I am ready to face new challenges. I already shared in this platform what was my struggle just to survive my education. It was never been easy. It will never be easy. Hence, we are the captain of our fate. And the only answer to the anxiety that we are thinking after the life of being a college student is in our hands.
However, our expectations is different with what is ahead on us. We do not know what future brings us. And we do not know what path are we going to take. We may also encounter wrong decision makings, we may also feel bad and full of regrets, but the good thing with that is we can learn with the experiences ahead of us.
To myself, congratulations! You survive the journey of being a student, a part timer, and you balanced your time. Another milestone will be achieved.
To myself, Good luck! For the journey that waits for you ahead. May you choose the right thing and never regret your choices.
To myself, I am very sorry. For you did not able to experience the life of being a teenager for you will always choice work rather than parties and celebration.
To myself, I am proud of you. There may be times that you cries a lot. There may be times that you feels to give up. There may be times that you feel lonely and alone. There may be times that you felt that no one is around you. You never celebrated your achievements. But here you are, waiting for the right time and right moment. Waiting for the moment where you can say that you did it. And by God's grace and guidance you've made it.
Layo pa, pero layo na. And someday, you will achieve everything you've prayed for. It was never me. It was God who manage everything. All I did is to manifest and try my best with what can I do.
May you also, readers experience things you've prayed for. By not giving up, you'll achieved what you want to achieve. It is not too late to dream and try your best. This is me, someone who tried to stop dreaming yet, I am here sharing to you a journey that is worth to celebrate.
