Hello Hivers 😊 Another day for a new blog! I hope everyone has a great day 😊
On the afternoon before our Classroom Christmas Party, which fell on a Thursday, my students were already buzzing with excitement. I decided to foster a sense of responsibility and unity by entrusting them with the task of decorating the classroom for the party.
As I observed, took photos, and saw most of them actively participating, it made me happy. The decoration, though simple, brought them joy, and the result reflected their enthusiasm. It was evident that they were fully prepared for the upcoming Christmas Party.
Finally, Friday arrived, and our anticipation grew as the Classroom Christmas Party was just around the corner, marking the beginning of our Christmas break.
Our classroom boasted a simple yet charming decoration, and my pupils eagerly streamed in.
We captured the moments with photos to preserve the memories we were creating together.
As for our refreshments, my pupils generously pledged to provide the food, drinks, and desserts.
The game prizes were a collective effort, with me contributing candies, coins, and some paper bills.
To add to the joy, a parent of one of my pupils graciously promised a cash prize for the games, and I was immensely grateful for her generosity, knowing it would bring extra delight to my pupils.
We commenced our celebration with prayer, uplifting messages, and the lively highlight of any party – games. My pupils, brimming with enthusiasm, eagerly embraced the opportunity to partake in each game, especially with the enticing prizes awaiting them.
The lineup of games included:
Paper Dance
Trip to Jerusalem
Scoop from a Bowl Challenge
Guess the Number Challenge
Joy radiated from their faces as we immersed ourselves in the games, their energy reaching remarkable heights. The thrill of victory lit up the winners' expressions as they proudly displayed their prizes.
Their spirited engagement made it seem as if there were no tomorrow, filling our surroundings with cheerful noise and happy chaos.
To manage, I resorted to using a lapel amidst the lively atmosphere.
The final game involved the joyful scramble for candies and coins, reminiscent of my carefree days. Overflowing with happiness, I couldn't help but reminisce about the times when I, too, ensured I had a share to take home. Hahahaha!
Following that, we proceeded with the gift exchange, organized by numbers at the suggestion of my classroom officers. This approach aimed to prevent the disappointment of not receiving a gift if the chosen person was absent. Moreover, the students independently decided on the theme for their exchange gifts, and they collectively opted for any school supplies.
Wrapping up our celebration, we gathered for a communal lunch featuring the array of dishes they brought. I felt overjoyed witnessing the fulfillment of all the pledges. The abundance of food provided a delightful feast, and seeing them smiling and happy on the last school day of the year was truly the highlight.
Another memorable time was spent with ambitious kids, creating cherished memories.
Wishing everyone a joyful holidays!
That’s all for my blog today. My sincerest thanks for taking the time to read and support my blog, until next time. See you!
