Dinner Recipe

Good evening, Hive PH. Have you eaten for dinner yet? I guess most of you guys are done because it's been 8 pm late. Same to us, we ate dinner already and I'm done washing the dishes in the kitchen sink so this time I take this calm night as a moment to write my blog.

Being a cook at home as a housekeeper made me have to try different recipes specially those simple and easy ones as for now. It is fine as long as we're familiar with the recipe but we sometimes have hard time choosing what's next for dinner, or for tomorrow's breakfast. At times we run out of idea, we search different dish ideas online and just lately we really have to cook different recipes other than the regular dishes we serve because our boss frankly confessed that they have been sated of eating the same food constantly as it's just the same recipe here and when they have lunch at their farm. My sister then bought another ingredients for different meal for this week. I may upload some later.

As for now, my recipe content for today is our dish recently which is Ginisang Bunga ng Malunggay with Green Peas.

I sauté tomatoes, onions, and garlic first including the boiled and sliced pork meat and after done, I boiled the green peas with water for few minutes until it softened. I added bagoong sauce and closed the lid to blend the sauce with the other ingredients while boiling. After a few minutes when bagoong together with the condiments and green peas are evenly boiled and blended I added the malunggay then waited until it is tender.

Ingredients:

• Green Peas
• Pork Belly
• Bunga ng Malunggay
• Tomatoes
• Onion
• Garlic

Yum! Great combo with bagoong sauce and tomatoes.
