Last March, my boyfriend and I transferred to another house in the village that was bigger than the previous one. This basically means more responsibilities and high maintenance. 🤣 It is a two-story house with a beautiful garden. It has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen full of shelves and a spacious living room. I love our new house!! We made use of all of the rooms, some were made into an office room, a movie room, and a guest room.
It has been 2 months since we moved and we were so busy and broke with all the house materials and furniture we needed to buy to make it homey. We wanted to host a housewarming event, however, there's just so much to do. Finally last Saturday, I decided to invite my best friend and my cousin for dinner and drinks at our new home.
So here's our garden. We are expecting 4 people to come. Good thing it didn't rain! Just wanted to share our setup. Super grateful to my boyfriend who cooked my special request - Chicken Thai Red Curry paired with cucumber salad and lotsa rice!!
Of course, it wouldn't be complete without the booze and super fun games that my friend gave me! After dinner, we played the BUZZED cards and definitely got buzzed at the end of the night. 🤣 We had soju which is a Korean vodka that we mixed with Yakult and 7up, we also had rum coke and chocolate Bailey's. 😵

I guess I need to start buying centerpieces and other tabletop decorations so we can have a presentable dining table. 😅 I was also thinking of buying lanterns for the mango tree. I'm sure it would look lovely at night and probably scare the bats away too. lol

I got a birthday cake too! It is a truffle cake with a coating that's so smooth. I can only wish my skin to be as flawless as the cake. nyahahaha My college bestie is so sweet to bring me a gift (boardgames and picture frames- I asked for this so I can put up our family picture in the living room lol whahah) and a cake as a late birthday present (my birthday was last month 🤣).
We ended the night early since they were all tipsy and lived far from our place. But it was definitely a good and fun night!
