Conferences or meetings are conducted to bring people together with the same interest, purpose, or ideas. This is done to insure the success and cooperation of a particular activity or task to achieve success.
Hello everyone! How are you? I hope all is well! Last Wednesday, March 8, 2022, our Public School District Supervisor initiated a Conference for all Master Teachers Of Tabogon District, Municipality of Tabogon. As one of the participants and my station is along the highway, I find it difficult my travel. It is quite good that there is a new route bus from Cebu City going to Poblacion. I departed from school to the conference venue around 8:00 am and rode on a bus in going there since riding a habal2 or hired motorcycle is very expensive. While riding a bus I took photos of several views that captures my eyesight. The views were so amazing and so wonderful. All of us on the bus appreciated it. The topographic view of the land like mountains, hills, and valleys was very fresh green with lush vegetation. This barangay is barangay Managase, Tabogon, Cebu. Many travelers would like to visit this place because of its peculiar views.
As we traveled forward we traverse the next barangay. This barangay is also part of the municipality, barangay Loong, Tabogon, Cebu. The coconut plantations along the ride signify the hard work and perseverance of the folks living in this small village. There were two more barangays before the conference venue.
The conference was hosted by our PSDS. All Master Teachers were present. Important matters were discussed thoroughly. After that our PSDS also gave some reminders or some refreshments for our job as a teacher. We had a productive and fruitful day.

The venue for our conference was so nice. The school was beautifully landscaped and had well-designed subject parks planted with vegetables ornamental and flowering plants. Old tires and used water containers and other recyclable materials were used as plant containers. It was very clean with no papers and plastics scattered on the ground. I salute the school heads of this institution who was my school head before. She was able to maintain her good leadership skills with her teachers. This makes her school excel with the other schools and received various awards and recognition.
