We're doing a fundraising campaign for one of our members who is in need of financial assistance for their mother's medical care as shared from his post.
According to the prescription pad, the costs for diagnostics alone sums up to 55k PHP, which is 969 USD at the time of this writing. The reality of the situation is that they're going to need more than this amount for future medical consultations, hospitalizations and therapy.
While the official diagnosis is still unconfirmed because further diagnostic tests are needed, mentioned in the prescription pad is a FISH study for MM panel which hints one of the clinical considerations for this case is Multiple Myeloma.
