I'm pretty sure mommies out there are already preparing for the big event - it's one of the major events in the Philippines, aminin. Christmas has been always grand - kahit pancit lang ung handaan, why not, enjoy pa rin naman dba.
Because this is a special Christmas edition QOTW, the deadline will be extended even after Christmas!

Well, wala kami kcng bisita and nag punta kami sa relatives namin, so aun nag luto lng ng ham and spag, tapos puro sweets and pastries na haha, bumili dn pla kami ng chooks to go hahaha

Meron naman kami pinagsaluhan non. AKALA ko wala kasi yun sabi nila pero meron pala konti lang naman. Pork BBQ,fried Chicken, home made roasted chicken, Hotdog na nakalagay sa stick. The rest, puro mamahaling alak na ng tito ko na Engr. Pero di naman ako nag inom at konti lang din kinain ko.
Gusto ko yung Spag tsaka Carbonara jan sainyo non nakita ko my day mo. Sanaol 😫

Ambers (spaghetti, shanghai rolls, chicken lollipops and pichi-pichi with cheese) ang sagot sa tanong! A classic Filipino feast on any occasion; anniversaries, birthdays, christening, and even monthsaries. 😄 A simple noche buena for us, to celebrate Jesus and the spirit of giving.

OMG wala kaming handa sa bahay, kasi we took turns sleeping at tinamad na mag grocery. 😂 ang ending, leftovers na lang kinain on the christmas eve. ordinary day lang din ung pasko dito kaya waley na talaga handaan.

This year hindi ako naghanda kasi I am too lazy besides it's only me in the house. Unlike last year, I hosted noche Buena here in husband's side.
This year, ayaw nila dito sa bahay at baka mastressed daw ako, 🤣. Yari sila Kay jowa.
So, nangapitbahay lng me, and usually they don't cooked much.
It's spaghetti, ham, embotido and some meat. Upon seeing none interest my taste buds, ayaw ni baby. So went home and slept na lng 🤣.
It was so cold here and bed kept on calling me .

We celebrated Christmas with my mother's side fam. We had carbonara, spaghetti, bbq, fried chicken, buko salad, cake, shanghai, leche flan, buko pandan. I forgot the others kasi ito lang yung mga nakain ko 😄 then inuman na ng soju with my cousins.

LDR ang peg namin ni Jeff ngayong pasko, Jeff celebrated his Christmas with his parents and lolo sa Ilocos Sur while ako, dito lang sa Maynila with my fam. We invited also our mother's side relatives na nasa Pasig to join in our Noche Buena, and for us to meet our new angel, Heart Adeline. We had prepare potlucks like lechong pork belly, buko salad, pancit bihon, ginataang hito, grilled bangus, biko, and yung ham na bigay ng company namin (SO sa mga nakatanggap din ng biyaya hehe)

This year's Noche Buena is very simple, aww almost none. I didn't cook but my siblings who are my neighbors too shared me a portion of their Noche Buena food.
Sobrang tahimik ng Christmas namin ngayun kami lang and my 2-year old daughter sa bahay coz husband is away. Hindi siya malungkot peru tahimik. I just ate Maha de blanca and a flavored beer tapos movie mara. Yon lang.😊

For this year, we choose to not prepare too much. Nag luto lang ng kaunting dish, tapos Mango Float at Salad. Very simple lang. It was kinda sad kase di kami complete this Christmas, my mom is in another country kase, OFW. Kami lang ng siblings ko and my father who celebrated. Pero ako talaga yong sumalubong ng pasko, as I have to greet my friends and my mother. Hehe.

For this year, we decided to keep it simple. Mag picnic lang kami sa park, order ng food somewhere, just let the kids play and run while having the oldies sit and relax. Walang hugasin, walang ligpitin, na enjoy pa ng mga bata ang paglalaro. 😁
Hindi ko feel yung pasko mamaya kasi lahat sila pumunta sa lamayan, namatay kasi yung pinsan ng Mama ko sa mother side. Kaya wala ata silang balak magcelebrate ng pasko ngayon. Ako naman, hindi ako sumama. Nag-linis lang ako dito sa bahay para mamaya pagdating nila e malinis na tungangaan ng mag-asawa at masarap tulog ko.
Kaya walang Noche buena na magaganap samin. Hindi naman na bago sa'kin yung ganito kasi naexperienced ko na ang magtunganga at matulog tuwing pasko noong bata ako. Ngayon na tumatanda na ang mga pipol, Hindi naman na exciting ang christmas. Greet and pray nalang tayo kay God. Bawi nalang sa New year if meron man.
This year, di ako nagluto. Nagspend kami ng night sa in-laws ko. Pero ayun nagluto din ng sopas para may makain ng hating-gabi.

We didn't make any preparations for this year kasi nagkasakit ang mga tao dito sa bahay skksksk but we ordered food! Fried chicken, truffle pasta, salad, a boodle set... medyo random nun pero keri lang HAHAHA we love variety, ganoin.
'Di ko na nilista lahat basta andami bwahaha.
