Love and hate have an equal weight just in a different spectrum. Everyone knows the importance of giving and showing love to the point that everyone longs for it. Unfortunately, in today's world, people are becoming more hateful than ever which is creating more problems.
Is the society becoming more narcissistic? self-centered? egoistic? is this a repercussion of technology? like people focused too much on doom-scrolling instead of simply living?
I think you're asking the wrong question, cause the answer to this question should always be Love right? (I know this is right, you can ask your gay friend LOL)
The question should be "How can we properly handle emotions and be logical, critical, and prevent impulsive hate?"

Impulsive emotions, I can say usually kapag younger pa, our patience is so maiksi kasi. Yet as we grew older, tumataas na tolerance 😁
During puberty it's called Raging hormones, nowadays it's called GEN Z, and the BOOMERS different time and space parehas trapped sa kanya kanyang FOMO.
Kaya nga peace of mind na lng gusto ko 🤣
If you asked an innocent child no doubt the answer will be it's easy to love. As their heart was so pure and not aware how cruel the world is
Yet, my stand now, if you will just let your emotions then it would be so easy to hate anyone! For so many reasons but then I rather chose not to hate or love.
Simple, I don't want to be attached much with anyone as people come and go! Yet, for the peace of mind and good health, don't hate anyone. I've learned years ago to stretch more my patience and let go of negative feelings.
All I want now is peace.

Both are not easy, to be honest.
I don't like hating anyone as I already have a lot on my plate. I always let time heal whatever wound was created. It's not easy to intentionally hate someone unless there's a rational reason. For peace of mind, I rather forgive than hold a grudge.
It's not easy to love either without any feelings. (Not for those who only want some fun and experience, though. But it's not love at all). As of now, I don't know how to fall in love 😂.

Ay sayang tapos na di na ako mkakasali haha. Pero un nga, as with creating and destroying, it is easier to destroy, so it is easier to hate. Parang pag aakyat ng hagdan din, mahirap paakyat, mas madali tlga pababa. Parang success din, mahirap abutin sa pagsusumikap and mas madali tamarin at maging pulubi. 😂 Sadyang ganyan ata tlga ang buhay sa mundo. 😁
For me, its not about how easy to love or to hate. Those feelings are both deep. The first is something to be live with and the later is something to avoid. Being hateful is not a choice but a status of the heart. Loving is an action, and a choice. To choose to love than hate is a bravest virtue to practice in our daily lives. Loving an enemy is the highest form of maturity I guess. Only few people can do this.

In my opinion, in reality it is easier to hate than to love, however it will always be a choice. I always choose love, in any circumstances because I would not waste my time hating it is not good for mental health and energy. I always choose to be positive. ♥️

Seems like a trick question since both isn't easy but always choose which will provide you inner peace. If you hate someone, try forgiving him/her. It doesn't mean to say that you should love him/her again. Focus on your self- self-love. If forgiving that person would provide you a good sleep every night, then so be it. Because at the end of the day, everyone likes to lay down in their bed, not worrying about something or someone.
so if you're asking which is easier, those two cannot be defined as "easy".

Love and hate are both equally strong words. It entails several different emotions and brain functions when you either love or hate. Most people would think that hate is the opposite of love when in fact, the opposite of love is just the absence of it.
I would say between the two - love or hate - both are heavy and I cannot choose which one is easier. To love is to understand, to be patient, and overall, to just care. On the other hand, to hate is to try to understand but fail to do so, to try to be patient but not succeed, to care enough that you use a lot of energy just to feel hatred.
For me, it would be much easier to be indifferent. To not feel anything. To not care at all. To neither feel love or feel hate. To not think of the relationship or connection you have. It is indeed the absence of love, and weirdly enough, the absence of hate. And that for me, is so much easier and so much more liberating.

Wow, I have learned something today, which describes what I felt a long time, but I overcome the feeling of not feeling anything. Loving is adventurous and vulnerable at the same time an yet it is so much more. We don't want to feel the hate but somehow experiences thought us to, which we should overcome too.
Like what the sayings goes, spread love everywhere you go. I would choose love over and over again, no matter how it hurts.

I know many will say to love but to me I will say it's easy to hate.
Don't pray to encounter a lady who hates because she will go all out to end the person she is hating life.
Hate is strong dislike toward someone and it can be express in unimaginable ways most times some of them will hide under the canopy of love but deep down is hatred.
Hate is not easily expressed but through actions one can truly know.
