The scene was breathtaking, with lush green fields ripe for harvest, some fields that had been ploughed, and the inspiring sight of hardworking men and women farmers tending to their crops. In other words, for the purpose of feeding people, birds, and animals.

Seeing all the farmland and fields at one place was mind-blowing.

It got me thinking about how little the average person knows about farming in general, let alone about specific crops, fields, seeds, sowing, harvesting, or irrigation methods.

The farmers, have my deepest thanks.

They toiled away day in and day out to provide us with the most basic necessary for maintaining life: the food on our tables. We really can't express our gratitude enough.

In conclusion, the next time you eat, think of the farmer and give him or her a sincere expression of gratitude.

A poem that is dedicated to my father

"My father gets up at first light every day.Before the dawn comes he should get ready .

In the morning, he would ride his carabao and stock up some supplies

My dad lives in the country and farms; he doesn't have a typical job but spends his entire life in farm,

tending to the rice fields, the vegetable gardens, and the empty plots of lands;My family and I rely entirely on my father's farming income, which he supplements with sales of surplus crops.

We don't turn to our neighbors for help when things are tough.

Even though my dad is only a farmer, I respect and admire him as a man because he takes care of his family's future by planting and tending crops.

Our diploma is a trophy of his hardships."

And for the farmers all over the world I have a message for you also..

Both the irrigation and the livestock,Markets and books,

They put in the time and effort,So that everyone can eat,

The disarray of the hair,

In addition, the perspiration- and dirt-caked hands and clothing.

They put in long hours, never complain, and put others before themselves.

In order to increase crop yields and feed the world,

**Farmers are God's chosen men,

And I could say that they are the heroes of our nation.."
