Hello there Madlang Hivers! It’s me @juvithavibes again bringing you another exciting blog to dive into. So grab a coffee, and get comfy. It’s been a while since I published my last blog, I was too busy with my practice teaching and my cellphone broke so I haven't been able to blog for a while Huhu. ☹️
In this blog, I will share with you the puppets created by my students. It's been a truly rewarding journey as their student teacher watching them bring their ideas to life through their being creative.
They are coloring their puppets with focus. You can see in their actions how determined they are and enjoying every moment of it.
As their student teacher, I helped my Grade 3 students make their puppets. I printed out the puppet templates and they were excited to design and color them on their own.
It was fun to see their creativity as they worked on their puppets, adding unique details and bright colors. I guided them along the way but they were really proud of their finished projects.
I walked around the classroom offering help when needed but mostly the students must encouraging to be creative on their own. I was happy to see them sharing their ideas on each other.

This was their finished stick puppet arts.
I forgot to take pictures of all of them.
By the end of the activity each puppet was unique and the students were so proud of their work. They loved showing off their creations to the class and they felt a sense of accomplishment.
The next day, their teacher gave them an activity called the “Puppet Show”. The Grade 3 students were excited to bring their puppets to the classroom. They were divided into small groups and each group came up with their own storyline.
They practiced well their lines and figuring out how to make their puppets move smoothly. Some groups even used effects like background music to make their show more exciting.
It was fun to watch them because each group had its own unique style while performing. Some were energetic using their puppets to act it out with big emotions while others were very calm and focused because it depends on the story they pick to performed using their puppets.
The classroom was full of laughter and excitement as they performed well their performances.
As I observed the whole class while performing I can say that they supported each other by clapping their hands and cheering for their classmates. It was amazing to see how they had transformed from shy kids to well confident performers.
The Puppet Show was not just fun but also helped them work together, be creative, and express themselves. It was a memorable experience for everyone.
