A big respect and appreciation to all teachers out there in transforming the education system. So a break even once is not just a privilege but a reward for their hard work and dedication. I was a student once and I could tell how teachers give their life in teaching children or students and pupils.

Sta. Paz teachers decided to be in places where relaxation could surely be felt. It was Friday afternoon after they gave time for the children to show their appreciation and love towards them. Yes, flowers, chocolates and notes with heartfelt messages were received from their pupils. It’s rightful for the teachers to feel, even once, that they are special and loved despite the hardships in their field of work.

They were in a few places making sure to squeeze every thirst feeling of being in beautiful places. For just a day, even one (1) day they were excused for worrying what to teach next. Maybe a correct way to call it is this time, they were the ones who were absent for their own class. All they should have thought about was to have fun and enjoy the time together with their co-teachers.

From what I’ve seen, especially that my wife is a teacher. I could tell that a TEACHER profession is a stressful one except for handling it in a different way but for sure most of them. It’s not always an opportunity for teachers to have a day like this, so with or without enough budget they should not miss this day. Fortunately, the government supported them and I learned they had a small amount received to enjoy this special day.

My photographs are the evidence of how happy they were during their escapade. It’s an opportunity for them not to be missed because it will help them to replenish or maybe recharge that they keep teaching with love.
